To our 709 community...

Today we make the heartbreaking - yet necessary - decision to temporarily close our doors, to support the direction from our government and trusted health officials.

Tomorrow at 2PM we will be temporarily closing, with a plan to re-open on Wednesday, April 1.

Now is the time to take care of ourselves, our families, and each other.

To show support, every day we will continue to post an at home 'workout of the day' to keep the body and the mind healthy.

As a local - family owned - business, we ask our valued members for their much needed support during this extremely difficult time. As we await further direction from our governments, our primary end goal is to continue to be CrossFit 709.

We will also be offering "sign-outs" for equipment, as soon as possible - for our loyal and beloved 709ers. Pending demand we will provide further detail in our 709 crew community group.
