With a $25 per participant registration fee, all proceeds go toward the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society of Canada and its mission of creating a world without blood cancers.
Where
Your team can participate at your local gym so long as the workout is recorded. Top teams will be invited to the finals at CrossFit 709 in St. John's. Video submissions are also accepted.
