Foundations is an introductory course that will teach you the movements we do, explain the why behind our program, and give you the confidence to jump into your first class! There are 3 sessions where you will meet one-on-one with a coach, and after these private sessions you will join in your first class together with your personal coach. These sessions will teach you all you need to know about doing CrossFit at CrossFit 709!
Who should complete Foundations?
Anyone who is new to CrossFit should complete Foundations at CrossFit 709.
